White Elephant My contribution to the “White Elephant” exhibition, curated by @off.topic.group, part of Tel Aviv Illustration Week. The illustrations were presented in huge lightboxes in the deserted cinema of the terrifying Tel Aviv Central Station. 


“The Binding of Isaac - a Modern Take”
An overly-enthusiastic father/believer, Abraham, wakes up one morning and knows that he must sacrifice his son. God is proud of Abraham, but what will be with the intense trauma that Isaac will face?




Vague Memories”
As a child my family moved around a lot. When I was 4 I lived in an apartment in Tel Aviv and only have a handful of very vague memories on which to base this illustration on. I tried to use this haziness of memory in the drawing style.
